The program.
What does leasing on mean?
An owner-operator uses owned or controlled equipment in a carrier relationship governed by a written lease. The agreement allocates responsibilities, compensation, services, insurance, records, and termination terms.
Does submitting information guarantee approval?
No. Qualification depends on driver history, equipment, documents, insurer standards, program needs, and mutual agreement on written terms.
Can I choose where I run?
Discuss preferred states, trip length, home time, and markets to avoid. Freight and capacity vary, so a preference is not a guaranteed lane.
How long does onboarding take?
Timing depends on document completeness, verification, equipment readiness, and required compliance steps. The team can estimate after reviewing the file.

Equipment.
Which equipment types are considered?
The website covers hotshot, dry van, flatbed, step-deck, and power-only. Current acceptance and specifications must be confirmed.
Is a CDL always required for hotshot?
Requirements depend on the complete vehicle combination, weight ratings, cargo, and operation. Do not rely on a general website statement—verify the specific setup.
What equipment photos are needed?
Prepare clear current photos of the front, rear, both sides, VIN or identification areas if requested, cab, tires, coupling, trailer deck, lights, and securement equipment.

Money and settlements.
What percentage or rate will I receive?
Current compensation is discussed during qualification and must be reflected in written terms. This website does not publish or guarantee a rate.
What deductions apply?
Ask for the current complete list, amounts or formulas, frequency, and the agreement provision authorizing each item.
Are fuel cards or advances available?
Availability and terms can change. Ask which options are current, what fees apply, and how transactions appear on the settlement.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Revenue depends on freight, rates, equipment, utilization, operating decisions, expenses, market conditions, and other factors.

Safety and compliance.
Will my driving record be reviewed?
Yes. Motor vehicle and safety records are normally part of qualification and may be evaluated against insurer and program standards.
Who is responsible for vehicle condition?
The written agreement and applicable rules define responsibilities, but a driver must never operate unsafe equipment or ignore known defects.
Where can I verify the carrier?
Use FMCSA public systems and request current documents. The 4 BROS Trust Center lists the identifiers and official starting points.
