Roadworthy condition
Brakes, tires, lights, steering, suspension, coupling devices, deck or trailer condition, and required safety equipment must be ready for inspection.
Complete documents
Registration, title or cab card, inspection records, and ownership or authorized-use information must be current and consistent.
Freight fit
Dimensions, ratings, trailer configuration, securement equipment, and loading capability must match the division and available freight.
